Drilled hole causes shell operation to hang

I dragged the feature bar back to suppress a shell. I then added a large drilled hole at a shallow depth, and then dragged the bar back down to rebuild the shell. Then the program hung on "part rebuilding" for several minutes before I shut it down.

Version 0.7.9, Windows 11, Radeon 780M

Fixed on 0.7.10, with a caveat- one a test part, the shell volume built two separate times gave two slightly different values, but only a difference of 4 millionths of a mm^3, The current decision is to leave it as-is, but it is noted internally.
